The products you will need to apply liquid eyeliner correctly:
- liquid eyeliner (I prefer black or a dark brown
 ) with a fine tip
- eye makeup remover
- cotton swab (i.e., Q-tips)
How To Apply Liquid Eyeliner Correctly
The five easy steps to applying liquid eyeliner correctly:
Step 1: Position yourself infront of the mirror. Stabilize your elbow by positioning it on a flat surface to minimize jitters.
Step 2: Pull your lid taut at the outer corner with your free hand. Draw a line all the way out to the outer corner of your eye starting at a quarter of the way in. At the outer corner of the eye, extend the line out and up to create a little wing. This will open up the eye. You may need to turn yourself at an angle for ease of application.
Step 3: Thicken the line by drawing a few strokes back toward the lashes.
Step 4: Dip your cotton swab in makeup remover to eliminate any crooked spots.
Step 5: Top it off with two or three coats of mascara.
Also, to give it a softer appearance, slightly smudge the line.
